Open measurement
A marketing message may contain a small image that records an open event when the recipient’s email application requests it. Image blocking, caching, privacy relays, scanners, and automated security systems can make open measurements incomplete or inaccurate.
Click redirects
A signed campaign link may first contact jila.info. The service validates the link, checks applicable suppression and security rules, records the interaction, and redirects the browser to the intended destination. Invalid, expired, blocked, or rate-limited links may be sent to a neutral page instead.
Technical records
Event records may include campaign, offer, recipient and link identifiers; the target URL; event time; IP address; user agent; and security outcome. These records support reporting, attribution, suppression enforcement, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
Your options
You can reduce open measurement by disabling remote images in your email application. You can stop future campaign messages by submitting an opt-out request. The destination website may use separate cookies or tracking governed by its own policy.
