Use the opt-out portal and provide the email address that received the message. The address can be added to applicable suppression records so future campaigns can exclude it.

Report a concern

You may report unwanted email, a misleading destination, sender impersonation, a broken unsubscribe method, suspected phishing or malware, or continued messages after an opt-out. For a useful review, include:

• The recipient email address.
• The message date, sender, and subject.
• The full message headers when available.
• The campaign link or a screenshot of the message.
• A short description of the problem and any earlier opt-out date.

Review process

A report may be matched against campaign and technical records, referred to the responsible campaign sender, and used to suppress an address or restrict a link or campaign. Security threats and unlawful activity may be escalated to relevant infrastructure providers or authorities where appropriate.

Privacy requests

Requests concerning access, correction, or deletion should identify the email address involved and the nature of the request. Identity or control of the address may need to be verified before personal information is disclosed or changed.
